I just love these photos of me and my baby girl when we was in holiday in Cornwall last year.

I used lots of trim and flowers it's a very busy layout but I love it lol

Altered PaperBag With Songbird By Prima

Hi everyone, I've joined a challenge on you tube called altered PaperBag challenge. The hostess Lydia has a channel called ItripledogdareU, you have to check out her channel :)

It had to have a pocket and a note card made or shop brought but everything else was up to our imagination.

I used the song bird collection by Prima and made a note card and i also wanted to add something else so I made a matching tag.
I used some trim out my stash and added Venise lace over the top, of course I had to add flowers lol and a Tim Holtz ticket lol ....

Life Is Good 12x12 Layout

I really want to display my kids layout around my home in shadow boxes so I'm really getting back into scrapbooking.
This layout is of my son last year when we was on holiday in Cornwall, I love this picture of him and new it was going to make a lovely layout.

I used Kraft cardstock and mounted graphic45 playtime past collection,and yes I used the canvas flowers I brought from hobby craft, I twisted them together to make a vine and I'm really pleased with how it turned out.
I also added some black brown and cream roses, I tried to keep it neutral as its a make layout lol I can get carried away with the blooms hehe.....

Aged crackle effect paper flowers

Hi everyone I've been fooling around with the blooms I brought from wild orchid crafts.

My favourite is the brown and cream vintage style one, I love shabby chic but my heart lays with vintage.

I used folk art crackle medium and burnt umber with buttermilk acrylic paint, and also pink and buttermilk.
I distressed them with Tim Holtz milled laveneder, spun sugar, broken china and walnut stain.

A shabby chic walk hanging photo frame

Hi everyone I've just uploaded a new video on my YouTube channel thetoad78, of this shabby chic wall hanging I made to put in my bed room.

I crackled the background with weathered wood crackle medium, chestnut and buttermilk acrylic paint.
Then added some rosette trim with flat backed pearls.
I also used the crackle medium on the hydrangea blooms I got from wild orchid crafts, I wasn't to bothered they didnt crackle to much it was more of the aged looked I was after.
I also added some wooden embellishments two birds and a buttfly.
The other flowers I used were also woc the large white flowers are the wild roses and also the small open roses.

My First Prima Layout 12x12

Here is a 12x12 layout that I've so enjoyed creating.
I havnt made layout in a couple of yrs but I'm defiantly going to be making more.
I used Prima tea & silk collection it's the iron orchid designs. I set my self a challenge to use items in my stash I havnt used for ages, and I am so pleased with how it turned out.

Saturated canary 6x6 card

I no I havnt posted in a while but I'm now going to be keeping up and doing regular posts about crafts, baking and all the stuff I love.

I made this card a few weeks ago and really love how it turned out.
I coloured the digi image on with my pro markers (which I'm obsessed with lol)
